The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.
The purchase contract comes with Pexim Artur Kaminski.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can place our products without obligation into the shopping cart and correct at any time before sending your binding order. By clicking on the order button, you are placing a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. We will notify you by e-mail immediatelly to confirm the receipt of your order. At this point is a legally binding contract between us.
Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered, the total value of your order and the delivery address.
Our delivery charges are set out on our delivery information which should be read in conjunction with these terms and conditions.
We deliver only by courier. You can not pick the order by yourself up.
The goods will be delivered to your address. Please check if the address you left is correct.
We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence).
You have to check the order for damages or missing parts upon delivery. You must sign for the goods as damaged and notify us within 24 hours.
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
When selecting the type of payment Bank transfer, you will receive our bank account in the order confirmation and we will deliver the goods after we received the payment.
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. In principle, you must be registered there or register after the order.
The goods remain our property until full payment.
6. Transportation damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, report these immediately to the deliverer please as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your claims and their enforcement. They help us, however, to assert our own claims against the shipping company or transport insurance.
7. Product guarantee
the guarantee is available to the original purchaser only
it applies to the product only
it applies to material and manufacturing defects only;
it only applies where the product has been used for personal use
it does not cover faults caused by factors outside the manufacturer's control including (amongst other things): failure to follow the user guide or maintenance instructions; normal wear and tear; inappropriate use (for example, a single buggy being used for two children or the use of any toddler/buggy board with a buggy); accidental, wilful and/or misuse of the product; inappropriate storage methods; inappropriate cleaning; modification, alteration and/or transformation of the product;
it does not cover parts which are subject to normal wear and tear or fading, for example foam handles, rubber elements of wheels, pneumatic tyres or signs of fabric wear or fading;
it does not cover pushchair accessories including (amongst other things) bottle bags, cosy toes, pushchair liners, changing bags, rain covers, canopies, mosquito nets, parasols, head huggers or neck supports;
moving parts should be maintained on a regular basis; and
fabric accessories may fade at different rates especially when not being used together.
